How the codifying of the Action Plan into law would work:

1. Requesting from the top two governor candidates, Christine Grégoire (D) and Dino Rossi (R and GOP) a written position on the core fundamental freedoms petition, how they would incorporate it in their political platform, and, if elected, how they would implement it within the Government.

 

Here is a proposed model of such a letter:

2. If this measure is successful, the following could be envisaged:

A filmed public interview wherein each of the two gubernatorial candidates would talk about how they would implement some or all of the core fundamental freedoms.

4. Whoever becomes governor would be reminded to initiate executive orders to this effect.

5. That which would prompt the State Legislature to form committees to draft bills that would codify some of the most urgent freedoms into law.
